The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive partnerships with banks, financial institutions and tokenization platforms across the UAE and wider MENA region.
This is a foundational role - you'll be building relationships that shape how traditional finance adopts digital asset lending infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage banks, lenders and financial institutions exploring digital asset capabilities
Build relationships with tokenization platforms and custody providers in the region
Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with our go-to-market approach
Represent Realworld at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and positioning for regional markets
Manage pipeline and provide market intelligence on regional opportunities and competition
What We're Looking For
Experience in B2B sales or business development within financial services, fintech or digital assets
Existing network within UAE/MENA banking or financial services (strongly preferred)
Understanding of traditional lending, capital markets or banking operations
Self-starter who thrives in early-stage environments with ambiguity
Based in UAE
Nice to Have
Experience with tokenization, digital assets or DeFi
Relationships with UAE banks or regulators (VARA, CBUAE, DFSA)
Background in mortgage lending, private banking, securitization or HNW client services
